Shipping and dispatch
Tracked, Australia-wide, and the tracking number arrives when the parcel does something — not when you press pay.
How it goes out
- Tracked, alwaysThere is no cheaper untracked option, because the cheaper option is the one that generates the "where is it" email.
- Tracking at attachmentYou get the number when it is on a real parcel, not at checkout where it would lead nowhere for a day.
- Dispatched locallyHeld and sent from Australia. Nothing is drop-shipped from overseas against your order.
When something is late
We would rather tell you it has not moved than send a cheerful update one tense ahead of the truth. "On its way" when nothing has been picked is the most common lie in e-commerce and it costs more trust than the delay ever did.
If it is stuck you get told what is true: where it is, what we are doing, and when we will next know something.
